Individual accounts – Immediate, verified traceability
Each account has a complete record and container inventory RFID: location, type, emptying history and operational status. Emptying is automatically verified through an RFID belt worn by the operator, with visual/audio feedback and real-time data transfer to EWM. Operators can report anomalies and attach photos from their mobile devices.

Shared residential accounts – Intelligent shared containers
Management of smart residential containers that track waste deliveries by multiple users at one point through intelligent access management. Devices send data to EWM and, where available, monitor fill levels. All workflows integrate with Door-to-Door Collection module for planning, monitoring and performance indicators.

Accounts with alternative collection methods
EWM also supports local collection methods (smart collection points, smart bins) and mobile collection stations: with WormApp, schedule stops, dates and times, record deliveries by service account and prevent duplicates at the same stop on the same day.
- Smart collection points / bins: controlled delivery points mapped in the app, with access events, weighing, fill levels, alarms and device status linked to receipts and incentives.
- QR / RFID bags: QR bags are scanned for verification, while RFID bags automatically record waste deliveries or enable container opening.

Data for TARIP and pay-as-you-throw charging
Connect service accounts, assigned containers and collections to reconstruct service use. Collection-centre deliveries complete the history according to the measurements available and municipal rules.
Manage tax records and properties, floor areas, household members and service account categories, with connections to municipal records. Configure fixed and variable charges, reductions and concessions, calculate amounts and issue payment notices. Payments, reminders and incentives complete the financial position accessible to users, with exports and connections to the authority’s tax management software.
Public accounts – Distributed monitoring and control
EWM also manages public litter bins and clusters of smart containers. These points appear on the map/app and are integrated into service reporting. Waste deliveries and statuses can be reviewed in the dedicated management platform for service monitoring and planning, providing a complete view of the area.
