The CCR (Municipal Collection Centre) module of EWM tracks every household and business waste delivery and generates the required documentation: incoming/outgoing waste registers with EER, xFIR and reporting for Municipality/SRR and ARERA. The dedicated instance integrates scales, RFID, QR, health cards and weighbridges; the data feeds dashboards and reporting.

Monitor stock by waste fraction and EWC code, fill levels and mass balance between incoming deliveries and outgoing loads. Differences in kg and percentages, quantity and storage-time thresholds and alerts help identify anomalies. Plan deliveries to treatment plants using container data, prepare the xFIR and compare departure and accepted destination weights, retaining weighing records, receipts and attachments.
xFIR and registers integrated with RENTRI
Manage theentire xFIR lifecycle: drafts, issuance, remote signing, RENTRI synchronisation and destination weight checks. Corrections, cancellations, annotations and PDFs remain in the history. Operational data generates proposed entries for collection centre and transport waste movement registers: review, confirm and submit entries, and consult RENTRI outcomes in the same workspace.
Waste delivery management
Identify households and businesses through account lookup, RFID, QR or health cards. Record multiple waste fractions in one delivery, with weights entered manually or captured from scales; manage double weighing, gross, tare and net weightsfor vehicles. Numbered receipts, reprinting and delivery through the app or email keep every transaction accessible. Configure opening hours, accepted fractions and operators for each centre.
Incentives, TARIP and financial reports
Link waste deliveries to municipal incentive rules: points by fraction and quantity, balances, expiry dates, reward catalogues and tariff reductions. Citizens can view their history and benefits in their personal area; municipalities can export earned discounts. Waste prices and price lists by consortium, quality and validity period feed financial statements of waste quantities, reports and Excel exports for accounting.
